Well, it's not her office, but the League considers it as such. It's a room she's been given for everything she can't do in her elite four chamber. The meeting today marks the third time she's ever used it, though.

"I'm not sure if that's what I'd call it," but again, she tries to cooperate. "..but sure. The Regirock ruins. I think it was once some temple or a shrine. Maybe even a tomb. I don't know; I'm not an archaeologist."
